S7 Tank Cleaning Robot
Purpose-built cleaning for potable and process water tanks.
The RJ-BOT S7 is an independent tank cleaning robot purpose-built for water tanks — potable water, process water and storage reservoirs. It delivers high-pressure, no-entry cleaning with precise positioning, so water tanks stay hygienic without draining, scaffolding or confined-space entry.
1 / 6
The S7 Tank Cleaning Robot is purpose-built for potable water, process water and storage reservoirs. It delivers high-pressure, no-entry cleaning with precise, camera-guided positioning — keeping water tanks hygienic without draining, scaffolding or confined-space entry.
Built for Water Tanks
The S7 is configured around your reservoir: dimensions sized to your access point, working pressure up to 350 bar, and materials selected for hygienic water service. Because the operator controls the pressure from the surface, the S7 can be gentle on coatings and biofilms when needed, then aggressive on hardened sludge, scale and deposits.
No-Entry Advantage
Nobody climbs inside the tank. The robot enters through the manway or access opening on an armoured cable that carries power, water and video in one line — so tanks stay in service longer, crews stay safe, and every cleaning pass is documented on camera.
Clean Water Tanks, Without Entry.
Purpose-built for potable water, process water and storage reservoirs, the S7 delivers camera-guided, high-pressure cleaning from outside the tank. Water stays hygienic without draining, scaffolding or confined-space entry — with precise positioning into corners, baffles and dead zones.
Engineered for the Tank Floor.
Four reasons the S6 earns its place in confined spaces — no entry, no scaffolding, no downtime waiting on a safe-to-enter permit.

Built for Every Tank in Your Operation.
The S6 climbs, navigates and cleans across the tank types found in industrial, storage and process environments.
Questions, Answered.
The questions operators ask most about the S7 Tank Cleaning Robot — from tank fit to verifying the result.
What is the difference between the S6 and the S7?
The S6 is built for enclosed process and industrial tanks. The S7 is a separate robot purpose-built for water tanks — potable water, process water and storage reservoirs — with a hygienic, compact design optimised for tank interiors.
What access does the robot need to enter a tank?
The robot enters through a manway, hatch or access opening large enough to pass the unit. The standard S6 requires roughly a 500 mm opening; the compact S7 footprint is optimised for standard water tank access openings.
What pressure does the S7 use?
The S7 works at up to 350 bar, with pressure configured to the residue: a gentle pass for biofilm, the full 350 bar for hardened sludge, coatings and scaling.
Which tank materials can it clean safely?
Stainless steel, carbon steel, coated and lined vessels. Because the operator controls the pressure, the S7 can be gentle on coatings when needed and aggressive on hardened residue when it is not.
How do I order an S7?
Start by telling us about your tanks — size, contents, residue type and access. We recommend the right setup, send a quote and agree delivery. For an S7 we confirm the correct water tank configuration for your reservoir or process.
Do I need to drain the tank before cleaning?
No. Because the S7 works from inside on a tracked chassis — with nobody entering the vessel — reservoirs can stay in service. No draining, scaffolding or confined-space entry is required. We confirm the access point and supply lines for your specific tank before deployment.
Clean Your Tanks Remotely.
No Entry Required.
Tell us about your tanks — size, contents and access — and we'll recommend the right S6 setup for your operation.
S6 is built for non-flammable, non-explosive tank environments. Always confirm material and safety conditions with our engineers.
