What pressure does the robot use?
The S6 works at up to 200 bar (the S7 up to 350 bar). The operator adjusts pressure to the residue: a gentle pass for biofilm, the full 200 bar for hardened sludge and scale.
How long does a typical cleaning take?
Most tanks go from open to clean in hours rather than days. Actual time depends on tank size, residue type and how much cleaning the surface needs — a small process tank can be done in a single shift.
How is the robot operated?
One operator drives the S6 from a control station outside the tank, watching live video from three HD cameras. Driving is straightforward — forward, reverse, turn and nozzle control — and full operating training is included with the machine.
What are the water and power requirements?
The unit needs a water supply at the required flow and pressure and a standard power connection at the operator station. Your on-site high-pressure pump can often be used; the robot package includes the pump option.
How do I verify the tank is actually clean?
The three HD cameras show the nozzle, the surface and the residue in real time. When the surface is visibly clean on camera, the job is done — and you have documented evidence for handover and audits.
