Pressure Is Only Half the Story

A pump delivers pressure, but the nozzle turns that pressure into a jet. Two jets at the same pressure behave very differently depending on nozzle design.

For tank cleaning, a rotating 360° nozzle does what a fixed lance cannot: it sweeps the entire surface without the operator repositioning anything.

Why 200 Bar Works

Water at 200 bar cuts through the layers that stick to tank surfaces: hardened sludge, mineral scale and years of biofilm.

The jet breaks material away from the surface rather than smearing it, which is why the result lasts — the surface is genuinely clean, not just rinsed.

Controlling the Water

Not every surface needs the full 200 bar. Operators vary pressure and pass speed to protect coatings and materials while still removing residue.

That control is what makes robotic jetting safe on stainless, lined and coated tanks — the same power, aimed precisely where it is needed.
